When I was in my late 40's, I spoke with a minister friend of mind. When I took a breath, he told me "it is okay to say no, and you don't have to give a reason, because the other person will find a solution in order to get what they want - it does not make you less of a person to say "no".
It was such a new concept for me and a weight truly had been lifted.
No medicine will cure what love cannot.
Self love is the most difficult thing for some.
